Osteoarthritis

Wear-and-tear of joints causing pain and stiffness. 

Prevention: Maintain weight, regular exercise, balanced diet, avoid joint overuse.


Sciatica

Nerve pain radiating from the lower back to the legs. 

Prevention: Strengthen core muscles, avoid sitting for long hours, correct posture.


Osteoporosis

Weak and brittle bones. 

Prevention: Calcium + Vitamin D intake, sunlight exposure, weight-bearing exercises.


Sports Injuries

Sprains, ligament tears, tendon issues. 

Prevention: Warm-up properly, use correct gear, and avoid sudden overexertion.
