Fact: Most cases improve with physiotherapy, medication and lifestyle correction.

Myth: Cracking your knuckles causes arthritis. 

Fact: There is no scientific evidence linking knuckle cracking to arthritis.


Myth: Bed rest is best for back pain. 

Fact: Light movement and guided exercises help recovery faster than prolonged bed rest.
